Professional Experience

Herman, a designated AACI has been in private practice as a Real Estate Fee Appraiser for the past (23) years. He spent numerous years prior to this working for the Province of Prince Edward Island in many capacities including Property Assessor, Assessment Coordinator and Assistant Director/Chief assessor of Operations Systems.

Herman is the senior appraiser at the firm and deals with all classed of income and investment properties completing consulting and appraisal assignments on all types of properties including residential, vacant land, recreational, cottage developments, multiple residential, commercial, industrial, inn & motel, wharf and other special purpose properties. Herman is a Member in good standing of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Association of AIC and looks forward to helping you with any of your real estate needs.
